We are generally available to respond to inquiries, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific Time, though the studio calendar dictates our availability.
Your online gallery will generally be ready within 48 hours of your shoot, and you will have access to your entire gallery as a .zip archive. Unless otherwise requested, files are delivered in high resolution, and suitable for printing, as well as the multiple listing services.
Rainy or dark, overcast days should be avoided if possible.
To achieve our signature look – consisting of natural, ambient-lit interiors with vibrant, color-correct window views – we recommend choosing a date and time when the weather is forecast to have clear, partly cloudy, or partly sunny skies – and select a starting time between mid-morning through roughly two hours before sunset. Twilight shoots should be planned near sunrise or sunset, and setup, planning, photography, and teardown typically take an hour. If aerial twilights are needed, our pilots are licensed to fly aerial missions during daylight hours plus civil twilight (half an hour before sunrise through half an hour after sunset), and night flights may be possible later this year under new guidance from the FAA.

*Commercial Property Photography pricing above reflects commercial rates for photography of residential or commercial properties, and for a single licensee to publish the resulting photographs for marketing, advertising, promotion, and for promoting the subject property editorially for a period of one year. Creative fees may be split between parties, but separate license fees apply per entity, based on their intended usage and duration. Our license fee calculations are based on the Getty Images Pricing Calculator. Our standard Commercial Property Photography rates apply to projects for builders, developers, architects, interior designers, publications, product suppliers, fabricators, commercial real estate agents, rental real estate (including vacation rentals), hotels and inns, restaurants, retail businesses, wineries, and any other photography not directly relating to real estate for sale.
**Luxury Real Estate Photography pricing above reflects commercial rates for photography of luxury residential properties for real estate listings, and to license the resulting photographs for publication for advertising, marketing, and promoting the property for sale for a period of one year or as long as the agent is representing the property. Our hourly photography services are inclusive of aerial and twilight photography, as applicable, and meticulous preparation and staging of each shot, using specialty lighting, lenses, and equipment as specified.
***Residential Real Estate Photography pricing above reflects commercial rates for photography of ready-to-shoot residential properties for real estate listings and to license the resulting photographs for publication for advertising, marketing, and promoting the property for sale for a period of one year or as long as the agent is representing the property. Our Standard Residential fees do not include cleaning, sweeping, raking, blowing, window cleaning, vacuuming, carpet raking, moving or re-arrangement of props, personal items, pet waste items, furniture, custom lighting, or artwork. Additional editing fees may apply for airbrushing of cords, knick-knacks, artwork, photographs, vehicles, signs, construction materials and equipment, etc.
